Isoniazid (INH) is most frequently used in combination with other drugs for the treatment of tuberculosis or as monotherapy for treatment of latent tuberculous infection. Seizures due to anti-tubercular chemotherapy are a rare side effect. INH causing status epilepticus has been very rarely reported to cause seizures. We present a patient who, after 5 months of treatment with appropriate dose of INH, evolved to status epilepticus. Seizures could be controlled only after administering of pyridoxine. Keywords
